Refund Policy

Where purchases or subscriptions are processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds and cancellations are governed by Paddle's buyer terms and the policies below align with those terms.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. The refund window expires 14 days after the day the transaction is completed.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to submit your request before the 14 day period ends.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle using the support options in your order or receipt email. Paddle will process the refund according to their buyer terms.

3. Refund processing

Paddle will reimburse all payments received for the transaction. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Paddle will process refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision.
