Welcome to DentaSync. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DentaSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DentaSync is a dental practice management software provided as a subscription-based service (SaaS). The Service includes:

  • Patient record management
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Treatment plan creation
  • Document generation (PDF)
  • Dental chart visualization
  • Practice analytics

3. User Accounts

To use DentaSync, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial.

After the trial, you may choose from Professional or Enterprise plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and processed securely through our payment provider.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder 7 days before renewal. We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

5. Promo Codes

  • Promo codes provide discounts on subscriptions
  • Each promo code can be used once per account
  • Promo codes have expiration dates
  • Promo codes cannot be combined

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Where a subscription or purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and Paddle's buyer terms apply.

If you are a Consumer and unless an applicable exception applies (for example, for digital content made available immediately once download or transmission begins), you may have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must contact Paddle using the support/contact details provided in your receipt/order email at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.

7. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you enter into DentaSync. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Desktop app data is stored locally on your device.

You can export your data at any time through Settings → Data Management. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Do not share your account with unauthorized users
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data
  • Do not reverse engineer or modify the software
  • Do not upload malicious content or viruses

9. Intellectual Property

DentaSync, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software.

You retain all rights to the data you create and store in DentaSync.

10. Disclaimers

DentaSync is a practice management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentaSync shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of profits, indirect damages, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DentaSync is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
